Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Leao Apparel, the following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy:

Shipment Processing Time:

- Orders are processed within 4 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

- Custom design orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days , woven custom designs are processed within 15 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Once your order is ready you will receive a notification email with the shipping details.

 

International Shipping:

We provides a delivery time of 2-5 business days for neighboring countries and up to 10 days for countries with long distances.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Leao Apparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
