How to Measure The Item:
- Chest: Measure from side to side at armhole height.
- Chest Length: Measure from the top to the bottom of the garment.
- Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the sleeve.
*Chest measurements are taken with the garment lying flat. To know the full circumference, you must multiply by two.

Care Instructions
The most gentle option is to hand wash and allow the item to air dry, but we know not everyone has time for that. If you do choose to machine wash, we recommend the following:
- Turn the item inside out to protect the embroidery.
- Try to not wash the item with other clothing that might cause damage, such as zippers or buttons.
- Choose a mild detergent.
- If possible, allow the item to air dry. This will prevent any shrinking that might occur.
- Gentle wash in cold water.
If you need to iron, avoid steam and do not place the iron directly onto the embroidered area. Instead, iron on the reverse side.
These quick tips can take mere minutes and keep your custom embroidered items in pristine condition!

I received my order within 4 days of ordering and that was on international shipping which is honestly ridiculous as I was prepared to wait two weeks if not more so to get my order within less than a week is simply astounding. Shipping was just over 30$ which is pricy however considering its international this did not surprise me just used to paying domestic prices since most things are accessible in the US. I ordered the T shirt in black the size was correct and everything came neat, undamaged, no tears, and folded. The stitching was clean on the outside, no loose sticking anywhere. On the inside the stitching was covered by a separately added on cloth layer. This layer seems to not only protect the stitching from the inside which could come loose to friction but also seemed to create a reflective backdrop. So when the shirt was looked at from the front under direct light it became even more vibrant. The design was large enough to be noticed but not so big it seemed out of place. They also included an envelope with a large thank you business card and my name handwritten as well as a packing slip and some stickers from the show since clearly I'm a fan which was not only a kind gesture but really spoke to the quality and care that is forwarded to the customer.
